The Randy Loveless Band ("we", "us", "the band") values your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use randylovelessband.com (or any subdomain), how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
- Email subscriptions — when you join our fan list, we store your email address and (optionally) your name.
- Booking inquiries — when you submit the contact form, we store your name, email, event date, venue/city, and message so we can reply.
- Server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) for security and troubleshooting. Retained up to 30 days.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, cross-site analytics, or cookies for marketing.
How we use it
- To notify you about upcoming shows, ticket sales, new music, and merch — only if you subscribed.
- To reply to your booking inquiry.
- To run the site reliably and respond to abuse or security incidents.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of service providers to operate the site. None of them sell your data:
- Resend (email delivery) — receives your email address so we can send newsletters and booking-reply notifications.
- Square (merch purchases) — if you buy merch, Square processes payment under their own privacy policy. We do not store card information.
- Cloudflare — hosts our domain, provides CDN, and may collect standard request metadata to mitigate abuse.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe — every email from us includes an unsubscribe link, or email us at [email protected].
- Request deletion — email us and we will remove your data from our database within 30 days.
- Request a copy — same email; we will provide what we have on file.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will remove it.
